Sabino Hair

I have been using this product on and off since 2008 but recentlyI have decided to get serious about it and use it exclusivelyas my leave in. I've seen it go through a few changes as far as ingredients go but I'm glad they have decided to stick with the version that I first started using: cyclomethicone, dimethicone. This product works so well to protect my 4b highly textured hair. I wash and condition every 3 days. I apply MB (and nothing else) then blow dry with my Revair. My hair comes out nice and smooth every time with MB. It detangles like nothing else and keeps my hair hydrated until my next wash. I am going to use it in my regimen like this for a year to try to grow my hair longer.

I don’t remember the exact year Sabino started, but I do remember that Sabino was launched at a hair show in Nashville, just getting their product into the hands of stylists. I’ve been with Sabino since then. Their sales pitch was that this one product was a game changer that would end frizz forever. Of course, I smiled and said, “Right!” At the time, I was using smoothing systems—from Graham Webb Stick Straight to the Matrix smoothing line in the orange bottles. They were good, but my blowouts for smooth and straight never lasted once humidity crept in. This product was everything they said and more! I use it on every client when I style. My older clients who come in once or twice a week know when I forget to apply it. The first time I used it on a client who was going to the Kentucky Derby, she came back and bought everything I had. She’s the kind of client where you cut and don’t even see shape, and your blowouts usually need tons of product to hold the frizz. She never got compliments on her hair because it always frizzed—but it rained at the Derby, and not on her hair. It held up! That one client changed my product use to one product that does it all. Less is more—you don’t have to use a lot. Love this stuff!

This is the only moisture block/defrizzer that works on my hair. I love that it only has two ingredients! No need to add a bunch of fillers. This product is top notch. I won’t buy any other serum. The others are a waste of money. Moisture Block is concentrated so I only use a quarter size amount in my thick shoulder length hair. And I don’t reapply till my next shampooing. So a bottle lasts a long time. I highly recommend! Will buy again! Thank you Sabino for continuing to make a high quality product!

Moisture Block is an awesome product. I love the way it manages my hair and keeps the frizzees under control. I would highly recommend this product.

I have been using MB for years and love it. I do not like the new packaging. Now you can't see how much is left in the bottle. That's why I only gave it 4 stars.

It would be very difficult to keep my curly, course, and wavy hair smooth without Moisture Block. I’ve used it for years, and never want to be without it. Humidity makes my hair frizzy, so Moisture Block is my go to product after every shampoo and many times I use a little on dry hair between shampoos. It works!

I've had naturally curly hair my entire life and it would be completely out of control without my Moisture Block. It's hard to find a product for curly hair that defines the curls and doesn't weight them down. My Red curls and I are in LOVE with this product! I'd give it 100 stars if I could!

I have super-super thick, wavy, coarse blond/brown hair. Bleaches in the sun and frizzes, drys out.
This is the only product that tames, feels soft, smooth, easy to manage. Hard to find, but a great product. Lasts a long time, small amount is all that’s needed.

Moisture Block is the best stuff on the planet. I have been using it for years! I have thin hair and without moisture block my hair soaks up every bit of moisture around me. Just a tiny bit is needed and my style lasts all day!!
